Indian Premier League. Yes, one of the most brilliant concepts of cricket that anyone could ever think about. Well, its something like Barclays Premier League for soccer but this one's for cricket! Players from all around the world come together to play a season filled with action and drama. This T20 format of the game is really loved worldwide.
You must be wondering why am i giving you all this unwanted gyaan (knowledge). This is because i am pisssssed terribly! It was scheduled to kick off on April 10th which is now postponed due to security issues by india. Yes, my dear country cannot guarantee players' safety. So the venue has been moved to South Africa. What a pity..really! My message to all politicians ---> WAKE UP! Anyways, not caring about them, all i care about is the games which have been postponed by a week. I was looking forward to this season since the end of last season and now its delayed :(
Hope it doesn't get delayed anymore...cricket fever's rising..muahahaha!

Heyy guys!
here we meet again :D
Well, today i have a couple of things to share with all of you. Firstly, i hope most of us would have supported the Earth Day and observed the one hour blackout.
Hmm, i certainly did. We(family) actually found a very good reason to sit down together and have a pleasant family candle light dinner. YES! all thanks goes to my dear dad who came up with the brilliant idea. Mum came home after a long day of prayers with her friends since its the festival time for hindus.
Anyways, so it was a surprise dinner planned for Mummyaye by Daddyaye and we were the supporters of the idea. All ended well and we didn't realise how that one hour flew away.
Another thing i wanted to talk about was something that happened a few weeks back..i think two week? Hmm, I had the opportunity to visit the ISTANA and meet Mr.Nathan himself. To many, it may not be a big deal BUT to me it definately is! Simply because i always wanted to meet people who are known for good things, whether for small or big things doesn't really matter. When i meet such people, i get the inspiration to do well in life too. So yeap, anyways my dear cousins were bugging me for the past few days to post some pics on Facebook that i took with him. Guys i deeply apologise that i still don't have any pics with me. Meanwhile, all i have is this newspaper cutting to show all of you...i shall update all my dearies more when i have the pics :D
Aight that's about it for now. 3 more weeks to poly! Hope i can make the most of these remaining three weeks! Take care ppl..and i shall be back soon. Love all :D

Haylo guys!
My saturday was lazy and chilled out. I was supposed to meet cass and chrissy for dinner, but was too drained out for that. Instead, i slept almost for the whole day. How pathetic! My dearest apologies to them for not being able to meet...
My sunday was good and exciting. I am not sure how far you guys will agree to it though! haha. I finally FINISHED painting my main door entrance of the house and it looks really new and beautiful now! so YAY! haha..another thing i did was to help my mommy with the kitchen and household stuff. Haha..well it was good cause i could find nothing to do and then i did something which i don't usually do! Later in the evening went for a jog and timed myself..and damn my stamina level has gone down yet again. God save me, another 70 days to marathon and i am feeling like i am nowhere near qualified to finish it! Well, have to do something about it i guess. I shall read, read and over read this blog post to remind myself what a lazybum i have been!:)
Anyways, guys take care and i shall be back for more of my nonsense =D

hi all!
Today my results finally got released! I have a very mixed feeling at the moment. I am happy that something i was fearing didn't happen and sad because something that i wanted to happen, didn't happen! Well, it's no one's fault at the end of the day cause i was the one writing and preparing for the papers. All i know is, i am not satisfied with where i am now, BUT i know where i wanna be! So that is a reason good enough to motivate myself and do even better next time!
Moreover if i come to think of it, reaching your best at the very start leaves you no goal to aim at anymore. There must always be something we should aim and look forward to! In a way, i am happy because i know i still have that thing to be achieved before my life in poly ends! So i am HAPPY but more aware now =D

hi guys!
well yes, it was our "class outing" yesterday! The general idea anyone would get is a large group of your current classmates or Ex-es are going to meet at one place and kinda spend some time together trying to catch up on each other's lives. Yesterday, it was interesting! 17 People had confirmed their attendance before i left the hse (as per sathies) and by the time i reached bishan, only 7 people were attending!!
When i heard that, i had a good laugh ...seriously!
However, we 7 people still kinda had fun! And there is this something i realised. You need not wait for ALL to come down to experience enjoyment cause even though a small group, enjoyment finds it's way to reach you! So finally, it was me, sathies, marcus, kazu, parthipan, khayne,edison and much later came wenbin!
We were supposed to go bukit timah initially, but we thought it was quite a stupid idea for 7 people to travel so far and then make our way back. It was already getting quite dark and we decided on settling out somewhere near.
Made up our minds and finally went to Botak Jones - Toa Payoh. Oh i went there for the first time and i must say, i loved the food out there! Now i really think people who couldn't come missed out on a heavenly delight! haha..well of course they can go by themselves anytime, but you don't get to go with your friends all the time, do you? :)
Poor sathies was blamed again for his poor planning due to which many people didn't turn up! But then hey man, here i am writing this just for you, as i wanna thank you for putting in your total effort in getting everyone together - it is never easy and not everyone can do it! So, good job mate!
We finished our dinner and were waiting for wenbin to come as he just ended his soccer training at jc. Meanwhile, took a few snaps there:
Well over all, it was a gr8 dinner and outing for me atleast! I had fun yesterday..and people, it is my dearly request, stop blaming others for things that screw up unintentionally! if you have so much of problems, organise events yourself next time! Hello guys!
Yes! i know this post came in after a long long time. I didn't blog for quite a while actually. Maybe because there was nothing interesting to talk about i guess. Hmm but well, it was HOLI celebrations yesterday and how can there be nothing to talk about? haha...so here it goes..
Hmm, i met isaac..cass..chrissy..and isaac's two cute cousins (andrew and william) at the mrt station first. I think that was about 5pm. Then we were waiting for our gr8 friend Mr. Sathieswaran Tanabal!! (Who was late yet again!)..haiz! So we waited for almost about an hour for him and then gave up! We walked towards khalsa and were all set to get wet and dirtied..haha. But sathies's ticket was still with me, so i couldn't go in yet. Isaac followed me back to the mrt station to look for him while we asked the rest to go in and enjoy first.
we reached the station and called him again but as usual no reply :( well then parthipan just called out of the blue and told us that sathies was with him and that he won't come for holi! OMGG..i was pissed and irritated when i heard that..but well he must have had his own reasons i guess. So we rushed back to khalsa to avoid missing out on anymore fun!
Oh what a color "war" we have had the moment we entered! I was targeted first cause i was wearing a white tee! haha and they made sure i got all colored! Then there was some really nice thumping music being played by the DJ, so we couldn't help but get our feet moving on the dance floor!
Met a few old hindi school friends and other known ppl there! It feels so good when u meet ppl after a long long time! Feels like coming for such celebrations is worth it..haha.
There was this performance by someone by the name of Chunnu Bhai Singaporewale! Lol..yeah it sounds quite funny and he was actually quite an entertainment to watch. I think he was singing a bhojpuri song if i am not wrong and ppl got so bored of him that they started shouting, "Ek Do Teen Chaar...Band karo ye atyachaar!" Lol..ppl who understand hindi will know what this means. For those who don't, its like "one two three four...end these atrocities!" yeah i know it sounds lame but in hindi it rhymes and sounds funny. Haha.
Overall i really enjoyed my day even without rains..(actually i prefer if its raining!) haha. Yup..all i can say is, I LOVE HOLI! =D
