hi guys!
well yes, it was our "class outing" yesterday! The general idea anyone would get is a large group of your current classmates or Ex-es are going to meet at one place and kinda spend some time together trying to catch up on each other's lives. Yesterday, it was interesting! 17 People had confirmed their attendance before i left the hse (as per sathies) and by the time i reached bishan, only 7 people were attending!!
When i heard that, i had a good laugh ...seriously!
However, we 7 people still kinda had fun! And there is this something i realised. You need not wait for ALL to come down to experience enjoyment cause even though a small group, enjoyment finds it's way to reach you! So finally, it was me, sathies, marcus, kazu, parthipan, khayne,edison and much later came wenbin!
We were supposed to go bukit timah initially, but we thought it was quite a stupid idea for 7 people to travel so far and then make our way back. It was already getting quite dark and we decided on settling out somewhere near.
Made up our minds and finally went to Botak Jones - Toa Payoh. Oh i went there for the first time and i must say, i loved the food out there! Now i really think people who couldn't come missed out on a heavenly delight! haha..well of course they can go by themselves anytime, but you don't get to go with your friends all the time, do you? :)
Poor sathies was blamed again for his poor planning due to which many people didn't turn up! But then hey man, here i am writing this just for you, as i wanna thank you for putting in your total effort in getting everyone together - it is never easy and not everyone can do it! So, good job mate!
We finished our dinner and were waiting for wenbin to come as he just ended his soccer training at jc. Meanwhile, took a few snaps there:
Well over all, it was a gr8 dinner and outing for me atleast! I had fun yesterday..and people, it is my dearly request, stop blaming others for things that screw up unintentionally! if you have so much of problems, organise events yourself next time! For me, sathies you did a SATHIESfactory JOB! =D hahaha
